Whitethroats are back!

At last 4 whitethroats were present in various spots at the Conwy RSPB reserve today arriving later than normal. Plenty of blackcaps also about as well as 2 little ringed plover, 2 common sandpiper, whimbrel, 3 wheatear (at least 1 a Greenland) and 20+ white wags as well as sedge and reed warbler, willow warbler, chiffchaff, swallows and martins. There was also a whitethroat on the Great Orme by the cemetery this afternoon and a cracking male whinchat was on the limestones.
